The successful launch of this school signifies the success of the whole sector.
An Out-Of-The-Box education
LéCOLE, the event-thinking school, proposes a hands-on approach to training with professional experiences:
- A movable classroom: over 80% of the courses will be delivered in prestigious event venues;
- A teaching staff made up entirely of industry professionals.
Students' educational backgrounds vary (marketing – communication – business – business tourism – etc.) and the first class is composed of personalities that reflect the diversity of our sector.
From the first day of their training, students were on site and in contact with professionals, traveling to the American Film Festival that took place in the International Deauville Congress Center (C.I.D.) in Normandy.

LéCOLE was created and is driven by the two main industry organizations (LÉVÉNEMENT and UNIMEV) and by over 40 event-planning companies that produce congresses and corporate retreats, tours, festivals and trade shows, sporting events, cultural events, brand events, and product launches.
The whole event industry came together to train its future employees.
