Brabanthal is an inspiring congress, fair, exhibition, and event venue located in Leuven which also offers superb meeting facilities. The meeting centre is a perfect place for your seminars, training sessions and product presentations and accommodates (OR is suitable for) 3 to 150 people. The multifunctional Hall and Foyer in Brabanthal provide approximately 6000m²  of space for the organisation of public exhibitions, trade fairs, company events, concerts or parties. The Foyer suites are available for smaller conferences up to 500 people. A  professional team of project managers offers a package of facilities and services designed to ensure that each event is fully successful (OR goes off without a hitch).

Food is a key ingredient in a successful event.  We cater for groups from 2 to 2,500 people. From banquets to finger buffets, our food can be adapted to fit your event, whether it’s a fair, a wedding, a training day or an international convention. Brabanthal is strategically located in Flemish Brabant, near Brussels, and is very close to the city centre of Leuven. It is easily accessible by the E40 motorway and by public transport. The extended parking area provides space for 1,200 cars.
